How much does it cost to have my pets groomed at Petsmart (details inside)?

I have a Yorkshire Terrier, he's really sweet, and wouldn't bite. He weighs about 4lbs. I also have a Springer Spaniel who weighs about 40lbs (he's fat! :D) but he has a bit of a temper.
I know that the price of the grooming sometimes has something to do with how they behave. Can anyone give me an estimate before I go? I can't get anyone to tell me when I call the store, apparently they guy that knows is on a "break".

It can cost anywhere between $30-$60 per dog depending on what you have done. They have lots of different packages that include anti-itch & de-flea shampoos, ear cleaning, nail trimming, etc. The more services you get, the more it will cost.

I personally would recommend asking around to find a better groomer. You're guaranteed to find something better because Petsmart is one of the worst places you could take your pups for grooming. I've heard so many horror stories. Besides, you've seen the poor quality of service when you called and they didn't help you.

Anyone there should be able to give you an answer, and it is based on size not temperment. They also require shot records too. I've never taken my pet there because I don't always get the service I would expect no matter what my question or purchase. I also do not know the experience of the people working there. Talk to people with similar breeds in your area and ask them where they get their pets groomed that may be the better way to go. Sometimes privatly owned is better than big corperations.

I don't know, but I wouldn't go there anyway- they fractured my dogs paw when they trimmed it.
