Question:
Why did my hand start burning after I accidentally touched my rabbits pee? Or it might have been the cleaning stuff I use!?

I was cleaning my rabbits cage and In the corner she peed and I went to clean it up with a paper towel and it dripped on my other hand and it started turning red and burning. Now it could have been the cleaning spray I used to spray on top of the pee but I'm not sure? Does rabbit pee like "sting" people?? Thanks!!

Although animal urine does have an acidic property, usually it is no problem with skin contact, allergies excepted.

Harsh cleaning chemicals can burn skin, and I might suggest for animal cages, to use a milder agent for cleaning. A mix of white vinegar and water shows to be effective in ridding urine odors and is also safe for pet animals.

Most likely the cleaning product. What are you using? Harsh chemical cleaners should NOT be used around rabbits. White vinegar in a spray bottle works great, and is very safe.

You could be allergic to whatever was in the cleaning solution or in the rabbit's urine, you should test to see what was which (with supervision) and react how you see fit.
