Yes, any type of grass hay (meadow, timothy, bermuda) is good.

Hays that shouldn't be included in the main diet are legume hay, which include alfalfa and clover.

Good luck with your new bunny (;

his cage seems amazing, and it somewhat is ultimate to get him neutered - if no longer he will grow to be territorial and aggressive thats the errors i made with my rabbit he started spraying everywhere in the abode and he couldnt have any organisation reason he only humped each little thing. yet wait until he's approximately 6 months olf to get him neutered. Your probable giving him too plenty hay, use the hay as his bedding extremely of straw yet no longer too plenty because it ought to reason respiration issues from each and all of the airborne dirt and dirt. you may additionally desire to soak the hay in water for a pair of hours earlier giving it to him. I wouldnt in my view use straw in any respect, its too dusty and motives problemsif they consume it. As hes indoor you ought to purely line the backside on his cage with newspaper. then placed a bitof hay in the corner for him. he might desire the conventional decrease priced hay to the timothy hay because it somewhat is what he's used to :)

Yes, its fine for there health and as long as there ok after they've eaten then I'm sure they will be fine. Most rabbits don't mind as long as it's fresh and clean. Good look with your rabbit!!
