She always looks for my feet, and tends to put her head underneath my toes when I am sitting down. I once poked her with my toes and she went from hyper to sleepy and purring, so I continue haha it's like rocking her to sleep, she flattens out on the floor as long as I keep tapping my toes on her side, I guess she thinks it's a massage? It's really cute, but anyway what's up with this behavior?

She's a 2 year old mini lop by the way if it helps!

Sticking her chin on the floor and flattening out is a rabbit's way of saying "groom me, slave". She's the boss of you and got you all figured out!

Lops tend to have very thick fur. Maybe she is hot? Feet tend to get pretty cold and it might feel cool for her to rub against your feet. Maybe you should try placing an icy water bottle or cold damp cloth in her cage.

By the way your rabbit sounds adorable!
